SEABREEZE BEACH RESORT
5400 GULF BLVD.
One of the islands favorite condominium resorts with a recently remodeled one bedroom non-smoking unit. All furniture is new including the king size bed, queen size sleeper sofa, solid maple bedroom furniture, living area chairs and tables, in unit washer/dryer and all of the tile and carpet. A new walk in tile shower was added in 2007. The remodel was done for comfort, not for style. Small dogs are accepted for a nonrefundable pet fee.

 Seabreeze Beach Resort has two pools and a spa. One pool is heated for winter use and the other is year round. High speed internet services are available at no charge. There is on-site maintenance and recently replaced elevators. The beach was expanded in 2007 with about 12 additional feet of beach. Seabreeze is within walking distance of restaurants and the Wanna Wanna beach bar.
