| Our rental units are privately
owned and the owners place them with us for management. Each unit
is decorated and equipped to suit the owner. Each is fully furnished
with basic cooking and eating utensils and linens. No beach towels
are available. An initial setup of soap and toilet paper is provided
but will not be replaced during your stay. Towel exchange is available
for $5. All units come with color TV and basic cable (some have extended
basic). All utilities are paid. We are unable to guarantee
appliances or air conditioners. Owners try to keep them in good working
order but the salt air causes sudden failures. Report any problems
immediately to us. All appliances will be repaired as quickly as
possible with a minimum of inconvenience.
Some of our units are on the market to be sold. We have no control over any decision by the owner. If the unit you have reserved should sell, we will move you to another comparable unit. Our liability only extends to refunding the full amount paid. Prices are subject to change without notice. Your party must not exceed the accommodation limit for your unit. Only persons allowed in units are registered guests. Subletting the unit is strictly prohibited. No pets allowed in rental units. Smoking in non-smoking units is strictly prohibited. If you are in violation of any of these rules, you will be asked to vacate the premises without a refund. I f you must cancel your reservation, do so 30 days or more in advance. You will be charged a $25 bookkeeping fee, which will be deducted, from your deposit. Less than 30 days, you will forfeit your deposit. A $200 or more damage deposit is required upon check-in on all rental units. Any damage or missing items will be deducted and the remaining deposit will be refunded within three weeks after your stay. A one time maid / linen charge will be added to your reservation. Ask for specific amounts. Upon arrival all balances are due and payable in advance. You may pay with cash, money order or personal check. There is a 5% administration fee if balance is paid by a Visa or MasterCard. A 13% occupancy tax is required for rentals less than 30 days. Reservations will be confirmed on receipt of deposit. A $25 charge is added to all returned checks. PLEASE MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO: FURCRON PROPERTY MANAGEMENT CO. Check in time begins at 3:00 pm on the day of your reservation. If you anticipate arriving after 5:00 pm, you must make prior arrangements or a $25 late check-in fee will be assessed. Check out time is 11:00 am. Late check-outs will be assessed a fee equal to ½ day rental. No refunds will be made for shortened stays. |
